Marni on How to Talk to Women

Between practicing my school work and keeping an open ear to Marni, I realized that this video should be titled, How to Attract Women Who Like to Play Games, not What Women Want. Granted a lot of her advice makes sense, I can relate to some things, but not all. Me being me, yes, if I do not know you I cannot just open up to you and this goes around the board unless I've been drinking. Alcohol always makes me a tad bit more friendlier. Let me reiterate, Marni gives great advice, I just don't feel it appeals to the masses meaning everyone, only some. Every woman does not function this way; prime example, cultural differences. With every and anything, its all in chances hands. Whatever you do may or may not work and there is no correct way or simple answer. People are different, everyone functions differently. With that, it also depends on an individual's present circumstance and/or history (their past - experiences, etc.). Oh, let add, every women does not know what they want from a man, some are still learning, many are still learning.

Comparing a Relationship to a Game of War

There was a lot of controversial debate behind this video. Rafael Casal demonstrates relationship through a game of War. Who'd figure??? So, my cousin and I are here arguing, well debating a healthy conversation of what do and do not agree upon as far as the cards that were flipped by each party. Notice how they both flipped the "Sex" card. That could have possibly been my first, second, or third card flipped especially being that its been awhile ::grin:: Watch the video, tell me what you think. I am very interested to read the different comments and takes on this one.

I will say this, I enjoy getting a man's honesty view from his standpoint. Casal threw out a lot of cards that I did not expect, which as a female makes me think. Most times the male, is underestimated, or maybe I should say underrated, about how he really feels, at least coming from me. In all honesty, the assumptions need to stop. My recent motto: Going with the flow of life.

Attitude is Everything

The plan was to wait this one out. I watched this video earlier today (well yesterday) and everything Daniel said hit home. I use to have the same exact attitude (problem), thinking everyone was suppose to come talk to me blah blah blah. I then realized, the main people I open up to are the ones that project warmth, homely vibes, very loving, outgoing blah blah blah. Hmmm... he has a point lol. I'm currently and have been for the past several months been going through a "self realization / self re-evaluation mode." The time has paid off and continues to pay off because I am growing as person, and as an individual. Hear what Daniel has to say and maybe it will help those alike.. with a weebit of guidance.

Dan Savage speaks: The Price of Admission

I was really attempting to limit myself to one post a day, but I was browsing through fb pages and landed on the Dan Savage page. Anywho... He had a video up, I look a look, then saw the title of a link on youtube's panel that caught my interest immediately. Of course, clicked on it. His advice was so good I said I just couldn't wait. So here it is, and I hope you get out of it as much as I did.
